HOW TO PACTH
1- We need to install the UniversalThemePatcher in order to install themes in Windows [Click Here!] (If you already have UniversalThemePatcher installed ignore this option)
2- In Folder UniversalThemePatcher install the version of your system x86 or x64, then restart your PC
